MS Excel and especially Visual Basic, everyone usually has these on their machine but most people never really use them properly. The amount of change you can create in someone’s life from a single day of training is ridiculous.

Getting to meet new people and learning about their own specific challenges and helping them find better ways to use the technology that is available to them. Lights go on and new possibilities are imagined, it’s awesome to see.
