Microsoft Windows TrainingMicrosoft Windows training – customised for your team

Microsoft Windows is the operating system most Australian workplace computers run on – and the platform underneath every other application your team uses. Many people use Windows effectively for their specific tasks while having significant gaps in the broader skills that would make them more productive: file management, settings, accessibility, keyboard shortcuts and the productivity tools built directly into the OS.

CTO’s Windows training covers the skills that make a difference in daily work: navigating the file system without losing things, using Windows search effectively, managing settings and accessibility options, and getting more done with the keyboard shortcuts and built-in productivity features most people have never discovered.

Who should attend

  • New employees being onboarded to a Windows workplace environment
  • Staff upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 who need to understand what has changed
  • Employees whose file management and desktop organisation habits are creating productivity loss
  • Older workers or career changers who need a structured foundation in Windows workplace skills
