- Business Planning and Organisation
CTO Trainers require:
- a Cert IV TAA
- excellent presentation skills
- facilitation skills to deliver onsite, customised workplace training
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom skills, to deliver training online
- the ability to present workshops in an effective and fun way
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a flexible attitude, and
- a passion for training, learning and development
