Terms & Conditions
All CTO invoices are due for payment on receipt, or a minimum of ten (10) days prior to training. Your training is not confirmed until payment is received.
CTO Training may be rescheduled with ten (10) days written notice, but must be attended within 3 months of purchase. Please note that a reschedule fee will apply.
Training attendees acknowledge and accept CTO’s training cancellation policies as follows:
Cancellation of your training within seven (7) working days of your course start date, or failure to attend your training without cancellation seven (7) working days prior to start of your course, will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of your training within three (3) working days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Reschedule of your training within three (3) working days will incur a reschedule fee.
CTO reserves the right to cancel any class or change the location of any class for any reason prior to commencement of the class. Should CTO cancel a class, training fees paid by a customer will be applied to a future training event. CTO will not be liable for any resulting costs incurred, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans.
Notwithstanding the above conditions, refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
All quotes remain valid for 30 days.
